James Marcus role as researcher and Ozwell Spencer was the owner of the company and pendananya. When standing, James Marcus conducted research which combines the Cell Virus with leech and created the progenitor virus which hereinafter called T-Virus (Tyrant) .After the creation of this virus, James Marcus tried out this creation on a train that passes in Arklay Mountain. All the passengers died there and be a Human Leech (Zombie).

Wesker himself was killed by Tyrant (1000 dr humans who injected the T-Virus, only one who became the Tyrant, more so Zombie). Long story short they wriggle out Mansion (Resident Evil 1).

1 1/2 months later. Outbreak T-Virus has spread throughout Raccoon City. Almost all residents into zombies. Chris himself decided to go to Europe investigating Umbrella. While Jill temporary stay in Raccoon City and get away from this town. While it also came a police officer named Leon S. Kennedy amateur. Unfortunately he was trapped in Raccoon City. Claire Redfield also come to this town looking for Chris. Dear Chris had gone. Both stuck (Resident Evil 2). In this game, we can play as Leon / Claire. 3 Months after the Raccoon City incident, Claire Redfield, looking for Chris to Europe. When searching for his brother, he was captured by Umbrella. At that time, Umbrella attacked by Wesker (what the?). Wesker was still alive. Claire prison where the situation is chaotic, because of this mess, Rodrigo Juan Raval, freeing Claire. Clarie and Steve work together to escape from the island. but his escape was blocked by Alfred Ashford. Alfred is owner of Palace on the island. His father used to be Alexander Ashford is a senior at Umbrella. He along with Spencer Ozwell conduct further research on the T-Veronica Virus. turns his research failed. The research was continued by his daughter Alexia Ashford, twin brother Alfred. The study took 15 years, Alexia lull himself for 15 years with T-Veronica Virus. While it was Claire and Steve managed to escape from the island, but the best they drive turns on auto pilot to Antartica Lab belongs to Ashford Family. When you want to escape, they attacked Dr. Alexia who had long sleep. Mark was arrested. The game switched to Chris, which he heard Claire was captured and he caught up looking for Claire. In his quest Chris met Wesker. From Chris knew the purpose of coming to the island is seeking Sample T-Veronica Virus. Chris finds Claire. When they want to get out of the island, Claire did not want to because he wants to save Steve. They were separated again. Steve and Claire seek to find it. Honey ... when arrested, Steve has injected a virus and he turns into a Tyrant Steve. Claire escape but he was in the bush by Alexia from afar (Alexia has been a monster). Steve consciousness that they call "Claire ...", with a giant ax, cut in winding Alexia and Steve bouncing. Eventually, Steve turns normal, but she was dying, before he died that he could say "Claire, I Love You". On the other hand, Chris's mouth injury when separated by Claire overhears Wesker and Alexia. Wesker asked for Alexia to come with him for the rest of the T-Veronica Virus only there in body. Alexia refused. Finally, Chris and Claire met and they struggled to get out of the island. At the end of the story, Chris and Wesker duel but they separated because they obstructed the fire. Wesker himself was successfully brought Steve (For sample T-Veronica Virus, it looks like Steve still alive). Long story short, they managed to get off the island. Claire asks Chris promised not to leave lage, but Chris says that he has not completed the task, he wants to destroy the Umbrella to its roots.

In the development of this parasite, Saddler hired a Scientist named Luis Sera. But Luis betray Saddler because he knew the purpose Saddler. Saddler had utilized Puebos village head, Chief Mendez and Salazar. Salazar was the leader of the kingdom near the village Puebos, he helped Saddler because he wanted to avenge a debt of gratitude. Saddler destination itself is world domination. The first step was to kidnap the President's daughter to take over American controlled. With the power of America, Saddler easily master other countries. During that time, Wesker from headquarters mengintai.Dia interested in the discovery of Las Plagas. He sent Ada Wong (What the!) And Jack Krauser to take samples. There itself has its own goals as well Krauser. They encouraged each other in disbelief. In search of Ashley Graham (daughter of President), Leon meets Ada. In the game, Leon managed to kill Chief Mendez and Salazar. Along the story, Leon met by Krauser who turned out it was he who kidnapped Ashley (so Krauser works by Wesker and Saddler too). In the story, Krauser successfully defeated by Leon and killed by Ada (Separate Ways). Saddler was successfully defeated. Sample Las Plagas successfully fetched Leon, but the sample There gunpoint and fled. There appeared to have set the bomb on the island, Leon Boat racing was given the key to flee with Ashley and eventually blurred.
